Over your child’s time in EYFS, they will get a wide range of stimulating and enriching experiences to enhance the curriculum and develop oracy skills such as…

·      Weekly Magic Story Box Session to bring to life key texts through drama conventions

·      Forest School sessions

·      Visitors from the local community (Police, Firefighters, Dentist etc)

·      Live performance opportunities such as a trip to the pantomime at Christmas and musical events with other schools

·      Weekly wanders both inside and outside the school grounds to allow your children to explore the local area and make links with the wider school community

·      Trips to local key places such as the fire station and the church

·      A visit from the farm

·      Regular experiences, activities and collaborative learning with their Year 6 buddies
