We will call the mobile number of the person who booked the appointment (mainly mothers)

If you do not pick up, we will try again within the 10 minute time slot - reducing the time spent talking about the child

If you miss the call, do not try and call back - as all the lines will be occupied. Please wait for another call back.

10 minute allocated time slots - we cannot go overtime, so be prepared to get cut off at the end of your 10minutes
