Flu Vaccination Catch Up (Reception-Year 5 only)

Dear All,

As you probably know, the flu vaccinations took place yesterday, but do not worry the school will be revisited for any catch ups that need completing if your child was absent on the day.

Additionally, if you missed out, and would now like your child to have to Flu Vaccination, this is also possible, by completing the on-line e consent link and opting yes or no:
