Afterschool Club Deadline - 24 hour WARNING!

Dear All,

Please remember tomorrow Friday 20th April at 4.30pm is the Afterschool Club Deadline - consider this your 24 hour WARNING! :-) If you have not signed up for clubs by this time you will need to wait until they open again next month.

The last few terms, the boundaries have been pushed and an increased number of children are just turning up to clubs and payment not being made promptly.

The deadline is clearly stated on the letter as being the "1st Friday into the new term", and has always been the case.

Therefore, any children who turn up to Afterschool Clubs next week which have not been paid for/completed a Manual Consent form by the cut off time of 4.30pm tomorrow will be asked to leave the Afterschool Club and wait at the Office to be collected by a responsible adult.

If no-one is available to collect them, they will be sent to our Afterschool provision and charged accordingly.
