Accessibility Help
This website has been specifically designed to be as accessible as possible. A number of features have been included to provide users with a variety of options to make it easier to view the content and navigate the pages.
User Interface
At the top of every page is a menu of links which when clicked change the appearance of the page.
- DEFAULT - return the pages to the original design and layout of the website.
- HI CONTRAST - presents a high-contrast, text only version for users with visual impairments.
- TEXT ONLY presents a simplified text-only version.
The design and layout of the website is produced entirely using Cascading Style Sheets and can be overridden using your browser options.
Access Keys and Tab Indexing
Special Access Keys have been assigned to main navigation menu items.

Different browsers have different ways of using Access Key navigation:
- Internet Explorer: alt + [access key] then press Enter
- Netscape Navigator, Firefox: alt + [access key]
- Opera : Shift + Esc + [access key]
Alternatively you can rotate through the navigation items by pressing the Tab key.
